- Re-enrollment will not be considered unless this is signed and returned with the Tuition Agreement paperwork.
- We have adopted the following withdrawal fee for the 2023/2024 school year. The fees charged will only apply if you have re-enrolled your child and a spot is being saved for them, but then later decides not to attend our school.
  
  A withdrawal fee of 1 contracted monthly tuition payment will apply if the withdrawal notice is received no later than June 30th.
  
  Under extraordinary circumstances, such as military deployment or job relocation, administration may waive the above fee.
  
  This statement is a part of our 2023/2024 Parent/Student Handbook.

  Commitment by the school patron parents: I understand that to qualify as an active parishioner of the Cathedral of Our Lady of Perpetual Help, I am expected to give back to God by devoting time to prayer and worship, including weekly Sunday Mass with my children, sacrament participation, and offering of talent and treasure. Failure to adhere to these expectations may result in an increase in my family’s monthly tuition rate.
