  Plan A: Plan A: payment in 10 months
  I agree to pay BJCCS tuition at the rate checked above, in 10 monthly payments, July 2023 through April 2024. I understand that failure to make the monthly payments may result in the removal of my child/ren from BJCCS.
  
  Plan B: payment in 12 months
  I agree to pay BJCCS tuition at the rate checked above, in 12 monthly payments, June 2023 through May 2024. I understand that failure to make the monthly payments may result in the removal of my child/ren from BJCCS.
  
  Plans C: Single Payment with 2½% discount
  I agree to pay BJCCS tuition at the rate checked above, less 2½ % discount of the total, in a single payment no later than July 31, 2023. Failure to pay the single payment by July 31, 2023, will revert my payment option to Plan A and the conditions therein. If I revert to the monthly payment plan, I understand that failure to make the monthly payments may result in the removal of my child/ren from BJCCS.
  
  Plans D: Two Payment with 2½% discount
  I agree to pay BJCCS tuition at the rate checked above, in 2 payments, the first ½ of tuition due no later than July 31, 2023 and the 2nd ½ of total tuition, less 2½ % discount of total, due by December 17, 2023. Failure to pay the 2nd payment by December 17, 2023, will void the 2½ % discount, with the remaining tuition balance to be paid in equal monthly payments, January 2024 through May 2024. If I revert to the monthly payment plan, I understand that failure to make the monthly payments may result in the removal of my child/ren from BJCCS.
  
  An invitation to sign up for a payment plan through FACTS for the 2023-24 School Year will be emailed.
