The Gift Card (Scrip) program is one of the PTO fundraising efforts for our school. Anyone can participate: parents, grandparents, friends, and parishioners. Gift Cards (Scrip) are available for a variety of retail stores and restaurants. Bishop John Carroll School receives a rebate for each card purchased.
60% of this rebate is retained by the PTO to be used for our school. Our goals this year include:
~ Providing scholarships to BJCS 8th grade graduates attending a Catholic High School.
~ Providing $1,000 to PTO for school initiatives.
40% of this rebate can be credited to the tuition account of a student to be used for the following school year. (minimum $5.00 rebate and tracking runs from July- June).
Purchasing Gift Cards (Scrip) is easy!
~ You can now order online at www.shopwithscrip.com. Your payment will still be made to the school, so there is no need to use your personal credit card online. The online service offers additional retailers that we do not carry in our school inventory. Just register as a family, place the student name and teacher in the appropriate areas, use the enrollment code 994C6917615L to link to BJCS (2nd Screen) and you are all set. Please allow additional delivery time for Gift Cards (Scrip) not regularly stocked. When placing an order, print the confirmation page, note your delivery preference, attach your check and send it to the school office.
~ You can purchase Gift Cards (Scrip) from our school inventory; weekdays in the school office and at most PTO meetings and events.
~ If you wish to order gift cards we do not carry in our school inventory, we can place your online order for you; just stop by one of the places listed above or click on the additional retailers link for a complete listing of retailers available. Again, please allow additional delivery time for Gift Cards (Scrip) not regularly stocked.
Confirmation will be sent to you when your order is ready. Gift Cards (Scrip) can be picked up through the school office, delivered home with your child or special arrangements can be made through Debbie Brown by e-mail.
